With a distinguished career in executive leadership in senior living operations, Alan Fairbanks brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for creating meaningful change, making him the ideal leader to steer Serviam Care Network towards greater heights in its mission.
Fairbanks will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of Serviam Care Network’s Managed Service Organizations (MSO), leveraging his expertise to drive growth and further the organization’s commitment to onboard value-based care for senior living operators. With his visionary leadership and dedication, Fairbanks is expected to amplify Serviam Care Network’s impact on the senior living industry

Fairbanks served as the Executive of VP operations and a principal for 27 years at Bickford Senior Living in Olathe, Kansas, which owns and operates over 55 senior living communities across the country. He spent the early part of his career as an administrator in a skilled nursing facility. He joined Bickford in 1996 and has held various positions including Director, Divisional Director of Operations, Product Manager of Assisted Living and Dementia, and General Manager. He has been a member of Argentum’s Executive Roundtable of Operations since its inception and currently serves as Chairperson and has also been a contributor to Executive Insights and Assisted Living Executive Magazines. Fairbanks is a member of the Senior Living 100 advisory board, and has participated in various industry organizationsand speaking engagements over the years.
