Kansas City, MO (February 12, 2025)  – Senior Living Financial Specialist and VIA Contact Center (VCC) under Serviam Care Network, two purpose-driven organizations, are proud to announce their merger as Catalyst Senior Living Solutions (Catalyst). This strategic move brings together industry-leading contact center services and expert financial advocacy, helping senior living operators achieve greater occupancy and financial success.

A New Focus While Serviam Care Network Continues Its Mission
It’s important to note that Serviam Care Network remains an independent organization, continuing its core mission of transforming how America cares for seniors by bringing operators together in new ways to tap into new opportunities. Serviam’s focus on value-based care and healthcare services remains unchanged. The transition affects only the VIA Contact Center business line, which will now operate under the Catalyst brand, offering expanded solutions that integrate contact center expertise with financial advocacy. Serviam will remain the majority owner in Catalyst.
